For more detail on each area please use the links above or click the photos.

Reception
We have a large reception and waiting room area where we stock a wide range of lifestyle diets and pet health care products.

Consulting Rooms
This practice has three large consulting rooms providing excellent facilities for the examination of your pets. All rooms are equipped with a computer so that your pet's case notes are easily accessed as soon as you step through the door.

Patient Accommodation
There are three separate areas within the practice including an isolation area for dogs or cats with infectious conditions.

A patient being anaesthetised Prep Room
The ‘Prep Room' is where animals are prepared for their operations.

Operating Theatre
We have a modern state of the art operating suite with two purpose built operating theatres . Equipment for monitoring your pet under sedation or general anaesthetic in this room include oesophageal stethoscopes, pulse oximeters, doppler blood pressure monitor and electrocardiography.

Diagnostic Imaging
We have a state of the art digital x-ray system capable of radiographing patients from mice to Great Danes. We also have a specialised dental x-ray machine for use in patients with dental disease. Our ultrasound scanner is one of the latest models, designed for detailed abdominal and cardiac investigations. An endoscope is also available for a range of internal examinations.

New digital technology has now replaced photographic film, thereby avoiding the need for films and developers; all we need now is a digital film reader and a computer. The images are displayed on the computer in seconds after taking the exposure instead of minutes, and can be edited and adjusted as needed to get a diagnostic image of excellent quality. This means a shorter anaesthetic time for your pet. Images are stored electronically and can be sent to specialists for a second opinion or to referral centres by email rather than post.

The system is cleaner, more efficient and of much better quality and therefore we can offer a better service without any increase in our prices. As the system does not require as much x-ray radiation for the exposure, the system is also safer for both the animals and operators .

Laboratory
Our modern well equipped laboratory supports the small animal department by providing a service in the following fields: biochemistry, haematology, cytology and parasitology.

Office
A tour of the practice must include a look at all those behind the scenes staff who contribute so much to the smooth running of the services we offer.
