All of our farm clients have an account with us. All services supplied by vets and medicines used are recorded on computer and an invoice is produced each month showing details of the account and batch numbers for all medicines used.

Any problems with accounts should be referred to our accounts department which is headed by Barbara, our Practice Manager. Payments may be made in person at the reception desk, or by telephone when we can take details of your credit card. We are happy to have money transferred by BACS or of course cheques by post, which is the most usual method of payment.

Payment is requested within thirty days of invoice.
