Media Attention

The practice has received a deal of media attention in the past few years. Most notably, Meridian Television has created two series of programmes, titled "Animal ER", for Channel Five. One was televised in the spring of 1999 and repeated again in the Autumn. There was also a one hour special shown in the summer. The series is also regularly shown on Sky Television on the Discovery Animal Planet channel. A new series of seven programmes was shown on Channel Five last Autumn (2000). It was a fly on the wall documentary where a production team followed our vets and filmed their work day and night.

The practice has also featured in a supplement for the "Mail on Sunday" and again in the Wiltshire Life magazine.

Vets from the practice are often asked to give talks at scientific meetings and to local groups and to supply articles for scientific journals.
