If they do not answer their phones, it means they are away from the car. Each phone has a call divert system which means that if the vet does not answer the phone, a message will tell you that "this call is being transferred". Please do not hang up as the transfer will connect you to our main office where you can leave a message with one of our receptionists who will ensure that a vet knows you are trying to make contact.

Each vet also carries a personal radio pager so that the office can alert him in the event of an emergency.

Most of our work is carried out within 25 miles of Salisbury although we are happy to travel further if we feel we can still offer a good service.
